I've finally decided to start a blog. Nothing spectacular really, just posting pics taken from my mobile.

I'm one of those people who uses my mobile frequently to snap pictures when I'm out and about. With the advancement of Smart Phone cameras these days it's so easy to snap anything on the spur of the moment. All of my pictures have been taken on the Google Nexus 5mp camera. You may find them to be quiet random, you'll see lots of food too. Either made by me or eaten at a restaurant. I don't claim them to be masterpieces but I like them.

Sorry about the design of this page. Just picking things up as I start blogging will improve with time, and i'll try and update regularly.

So Basically I got my Nexus One as a present for my 30th Birthday, so this was one of the first few pictures taken from it.

Last minute Dessert made for a last minute BBQ. Tiramisu. It was amazing full of Calories but so creamy and tasty.

These were used to make a fresh citrus syrup to go for my signature Amaretto Sour.. .... I could do with one right now.

Satay - Chicken, Beef and Pork. Home made of course. It was meant to be a nice day but it started raining so had to bring the BBQ on to the back porch and almost into the house. well.......can't let a good BBQ go to waste.

7kg of Butter chicken wings and 7kg of Jeera chicken . Most I've ever had to make so far. I should have gone into catering.

I was really surprised when I first saw these being sold in shops here.. Now they're available at quite a few places.

I've always got a bottle of Tabasco in my work drawer.

The Spinkear tower in portsmouth. Kinda reminds me of the Burj in Dubai.

Gongh Tod Prawns at Busaba. I love these, it's the sauce that makes the dish. I could eat it everyday.

Can't remember the name of this shopping centre in Leicester.

Just liked the pattern on the glass.

I think his name is Richard, he was on Master Chef the celebrity version. I just couldn't stop laughing the first time I saw him....I think he looks like a Walrus.

The elephants strike again. This time in Selfridges.

I was walking down the side streets behind Oxford street to avoid the masses of people and the slow walkers who piss me off. Saw someone coming out of one of the big shops with lots of paps waiting outside. Didn't know who the hell it was but thought let me get a pic. Found out later it was Pixie Lott.

The Best Ice Cream. Laversoke Park Farm Buffalo Ice Cream. This place is in the food court area in Selfridges.

The console in the A380. Been on this plane twice now, and If it was possible i'd love to always fly on this plane. You've got a power socket, usb connections and a crazy amount media to choose from.

First year wedding anniversary spent the day at the Burj in Dubai. Spa and Dinner.

£20 per cocktail.....we'll you gotta splash out once in a while.

Westfields Christmas decorations.

Placed our Christmas order with Laverstoke park farm for Buffalo , ice cream and custard. The order came with dry ice. So was trying to use it to make ice cream ala Heston Blumenthal. Dry ice is cool excuse the pun lol.

Mate from work....sleeping on the job as usual.

Experimenting again. Crispy potato skins emptied out then filled back with the potato, green chillies, onions, sweetcorn, cheddar cheese, Feta cheese and a dash of Tabasco.
